As a successful Management Trainee we will develop you in key areas of quarry operations such as health and safety and people and financial management. This is a highly practical, hands on and challenging role. We expect our management teams to strive for innovation, improvement, efficiency and exceptional customer service in all site operations. We are looking for people who will lead and engage their teams to deliver on our vision.In order to do so we are looking for ambitious, self motivated, enthusiastic team players. To apply you will need to meet the following requirements:- A minimum of five GCSEs grade C or above including maths, english and a science or equivalent level qualification.- A full driving licence.- Previous work experience within a manufacturing, engineering or construction related environment is desirable but not essential.- Applicants should however be willing to undertake UK based travel during their training.- Continuous Professional DevelopmentDesirable - - A minimum of a 2:1 in engineering or a similar discipline or equivalent level qualification.
