  1. We will ensure that the performance of our products meets specifications with continuous quality controls, notifying you of deviations in advance.

  2. We will archive all of your invoices and certificates making them electronically available to you to access at your convenience.

  3. We will process orders and deliver on time at least 95% of the time.

  4. We will endeavour to fulfil deliveries the next working day for orders placed before 3.00pm during our normal working week.

  5. We will respond to all customer enquiries and complaints within 24 hours.

  6. We will endeavour to resolve all invoice queries within 28 days.

  1. We will ensure that the performance of our products meets specifications with continuous quality controls, notifying you of deviations in advance.

  2. We will archive all of your invoices and certificates making them electronically available to you to access at your convenience.

  3. We will process orders and deliver on time at least 95% of the time.

  4. We will endeavour to fulfil deliveries the next working day for all articulated loads ordered before noon the previous working day, rigid loads will be delivered within 5 working days maximum of order placement.

  5. We will respond to all customer enquiries and complaints within 24 hours.

  6. We will endeavour to resolve all invoice queries within 28 days.
